Location: Østmarka, Akershus county. Nature reserve. We obtained permittion to sample from the nature management authorities. Large part of GCU for P. abies. The aim is to establish the site as a GCU for Betula pendula as well. Paired with NO_BP_16 you will get a gradient in latutude/growing season/temperature. the nature reserve is owned by the state. Some private owners. Situated approx one hour drive from NIBIO, Ås. Private roads, one hour walking from the road to the site where we collected the samples. The site is heterogenous with bumped terrain. NO, but in the same GCU as for Norway spruce: NOR00012
