Folders4PlantsResearch is a tool to create a directory/files structure to facilitate FAIR project data management.
Guidelines, standard README and template are available for multiple data type like Genomic data, Management data, Metabolomic data, Plant Phenotypic data, Genetic resources data
This tool is hosted by URGI, a bioinformatics platform of INRAE, France.To create your project, enter the required information in the form fields and select the desired datatypes. Click the "Generate" button to download a ZIP file containing the structured folders and files for your project. Mandatory fields are project name and directory name when a datatype is selected. Project name and directory file should not contain any space or unauthorized caracters (others than A-Z, 0-9)
