A new paper on Plant Data Standards implementation has been published: "Applying FAIR Principles to Plant Phenotypic Data Management in GnpIS". (Plant Phenomics 2019:1–15.  http://doi.org/10.34133/2019/1671403  ). It demonstrates the use of the main plant  phenotyping data standards (MIAPPE, Crop Ontology and BrAPI) for publishing reduced data for phenotype to genotype linking.
