Talk given on the new Galaxy workflow dedicated to RNASeq NGS analysis. The pipeline was developped in the frame of an Aplibio project, funded by GIS IBISA fundings. The talk gives the current status of the pipeline, the description of the different steps using TopHat, DESeq and the perspectives of improvement for the end of the year. The slides were prepared by Yu Fei Luo the developper of the pipeline. The needs were done from all Aplibio teams involved in the project (from eBio, Pasteur and URGI). The setting of the statistical parameters and the advices concerning DESeq software were done by M. Agnès Dillies from Aplibio Pasteur team and member of Statomics network. The talk was given by Delphine Steinbach, INRA URGI.
