Presentation of GnpSeqNGS, a new module developed in GnpIS to manage NGS data, such as genomic sequencing or resequencing data produced by 454, Illumina or HiSeq in GnpIS. For each run, information on how it was obtained and which analyses were realized with it, are linked. This allows a more detailed navigation in results stored in other modules of GnpIS, such as GnpSNP to see the results obtained for a polymorphism detection analysis.
