A new web Blat server has been setup and now replaces the Blat GUI, previously provided by the Mobyle web framework.
 Direct links with Gbrowse have been added for the following genome banks:

  • Botrytis T4 genome supercontig
  • S_lycopersicum_chromosomes.2.40 (2011-02-02)
  • Arabidopsis thaliana TAIR v9 all chromosomes
  • Leptosphaeria maculans assembly
  • Vitis vinifera 12X PN40024 Chromosomes from The French-Italian Public Consortium
  • Vitis vinifera 8X PN40024 Chromosomes from The French-Italian Public Consortium
  • Zea mays refGen V2 from maizesequence.org (release 5b.60)
